Pre-order Policy

Pre-order items are sold on an advance purchase basis and are not available as ready stock.

Half payment is required at checkout to confirm your pre-order.

The remaining balance must be paid when the order is shipped or delivered.

All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once payment has been made.

Estimated arrival and shipping dates are provided for reference only and may change due to supplier delays, customs clearance, allocation issues, public holidays, logistics disruptions, warehouse congestion or courier delays.

These delays are outside our control and may affect the final shipping date.

By placing a pre-order, the customer agrees to wait until the item arrives and is ready to ship.

If a pre-order item is discontinued, or not allocated, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer a suitable resolution.

Updates on pre-order delays will be shared through our official communication channels when available.

Please do not place a pre-order if you need the item urgently, for a holiday, or by a specific deadline.

Delays in the logistics timeline do not qualify for cancellation due to change of mind.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

ការពន្យារពេលទាំងនេះស្ថិតនៅក្រៅការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់យើង ហើយអាចប៉ះពាល់ដល់កាលបរិច្ឆេទដឹកជញ្ជូនចុងក្រោយ។

តាមរយៈការបញ្ជាទិញទុកមុន អតិថិជនយល់ព្រមរង់ចាំរហូតដល់ទំនិញមកដល់ និងត្រៀមរួចសម្រាប់ការដឹកជញ្ជូន។

ប្រសិនបើទំនិញបញ្ជាទិញទុកមុនត្រូវបានបញ្ឈប់ការផលិត ឬមិនត្រូវបានបែងចែកស្តុកឱ្យ យើងរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការលុបចោលការបញ្ជាទិញ និងផ្តល់ដំណោះស្រាយសមស្រប។

ការជូនដំណឹងអំពីការពន្យារពេលនៃទំនិញបញ្ជាទិញទុកមុន នឹងត្រូវបានចែករំលែកតាមរយៈបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនងផ្លូវការរបស់យើង នៅពេលមានព័ត៌មាន។

សូមកុំធ្វើការបញ្ជាទិញទុកមុន ប្រសិនបើអ្នកត្រូវការទំនិញជាបន្ទាន់ សម្រាប់ថ្ងៃបុណ្យ ឬត្រូវការតាមកាលកំណត់ជាក់លាក់ណាមួយ។

ការពន្យារពេលក្នុងដំណើរការដឹកជញ្ជូន មិនអាចយកមកធ្វើជាមូលហេតុសម្រាប់ការលុបចោលដោយសារផ្លាស់ប្តូរចិត្តបានទេ។

ការទិញដែលមានរួមទាំងទំនិញក្នុងស្តុក និងទំនិញបញ្ជាទិញទុកមុន អាចនឹងត្រូវដឹកជញ្ជូនរួមគ្នា នៅពេលដែលទំនិញទាំងអស់មកដល់រួចរាល់ លើកលែងតែមានការបញ្ជាក់ផ្សេងពីនេះ។
