Meta Platform Privacy Notice (Meta APIs)

This page is intended for customer transparency and Meta App review. It is a supplement to our main Privacy Policy.

We handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR/CCPA where they apply) and Meta's platform policies.

• Website measurement: Meta Pixel events on our website.
• Server-side measurement: Meta Conversions API (CAPI), sent from our servers (and may be routed through an infrastructure proxy) to improve delivery reliability and event deduplication.
• Publishing automation (internal): Instagram Graph API and Facebook Graph API to publish marketing content to our business accounts.

Depending on your interaction with our website, we may process:

• Event data: event name (for example: PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, Purchase), event time, event ID (for deduplication), and page URL.
• Product/cart/order data (as applicable): product identifiers (SKU and/or product ID), quantity, item price, currency, and total value.
• Device/network data: IP address and user-agent (browser/device info).
• Cookie identifiers: _fbp and _fbc (used for attribution/matching).
• Hashed contact identifiers (Purchase events only, where available): we may hash your email and/or phone number using SHA-256 before sending via CAPI to improve matching.

We do not send passwords. We do not send full payment credentials (we use a manual payment process).

Our internal automation may process:

• Our Instagram Business account ID and/or Facebook Page ID.
• Content we publish (images and captions we create).
• Publishing metadata returned by Meta (for example: media IDs, container IDs, and status codes).

This automation is intended for our business accounts and is not designed to ingest customers' private messages.

• Measure and understand website performance and conversions.
• Detect issues and debug event delivery (for example: retries and deduplication).
• Publish marketing content to our Meta business profiles.
• Improve product discovery and customer experience.

We may share data with:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (and its affiliates) for Pixel/CAPI events and Graph API requests.
• Service providers that help us operate the integration (hosting/infra and delivery proxies).
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect security and integrity.

We retain Meta-related logs and records only as long as needed for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, auditing, and legal/accounting requirements where applicable. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize the data.

• Access controls and least-privilege.
• HTTPS/TLS in transit.
• Secrets stored server-side (not exposed to customers).
• Hashing certain identifiers before transmission for CAPI matching.

You can limit some tracking by adjusting your browser settings (cookies/site data), using tracking prevention tools, and revoking app permissions within your Meta account settings. You may also request deletion (see Data Deletion Instructions).

To request deletion of data we control that may be processed in connection with Meta APIs, email support@foryoupiece.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your Foryoupiece account email address.
• Your Foryoupiece user ID (if known).
• Your Meta user ID / app-scoped user ID (if known).
• Any order IDs you want us to use to locate records (optional).

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize data we control associated with your request, which may include server-side CAPI queue/log records (if present), internal troubleshooting logs, and any Meta identifiers we have stored.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

We cannot directly delete data stored by Meta on Meta's systems. You can also manage connected apps and ad preferences through Meta's own account settings.
